In this specific position, you will be responsible to develop and administer tele sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for small and mid-sized customers in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policiesJoin us in connecting people and improving lives!In this EDI Coordinator position . You will have to keep updating Customs deceleration data into EDI ( Fasah).. You keep tracking shipments into EDI, shipping lines and airlines.. You will have to follow up related to job issued with Fasah , Customs, SFDA, Saber ,. You will have to keep checking with Stevedores for delivery orders and handling billing.. You will guide customers when facing issued to login into Fasah portal.. You will keep updating time stamps into ESP.. You will have to perform data capturing activities, feed data into customs operating system and set up master data for transactions. Resolve recurring issues faced during delivery as per defined processes, systems and methodsNow, heres what we need from you

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Deep knowledge of forwarding business
  • Good communication skills
  • Fair knowledge of customs documents.
  • Preferably to have a certification in custom clearance.
  • Strong problem-solving mentality.
  • Required - experience in customs EDI entry ( Fasah ), Minimum 2 years.
  • Required - experience of working with Saudi customs.
  • Required - good knowledge of market.
  • Required - Good command of English and Arabic.
