Job Description

Field Specialist - Artificial LiftDo you like working in collaborative teams and solving technical problemsWould you like the opportunity to work for oilfield Services CompanyBe part of our Artificial Lift team!As Field Specialist III you will be executing the operations of ESP equipment and surface equipment in the field, complying with all the integrity / quality and safety standards, as well as compliance with the regulations of the different clients in all fields.Partner with the bestAs a Field Service, youll participate in all technical events, including supporting the BH contract engineering team, collaborating with information regarding the services provided.As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as on site Centrilift representative for communication with customers and account managers.
  • Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
  • Completing all job documentation and conducting a worksite review and debrief the internal team.
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting and testing downhole ESP equipment including Downhole Monitoring Tools
  • Setting up and starting Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSDs.
  • Installation and Pullout with Y Tool and POD system.
  • Providing on-the-job training to team members.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Minimum of Diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of Have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in electrical submersible pumps (ESP)
  • Have the ability to alternate methods of completing tasks if the set method is not viable.
  • Have experience with leading ESP installations and commissioning.
  • Have experience in CENtrilift Motor Controllers and VSDs.
  • Communicate with various clients and must have good customer service skills.
