Job description:Job PurposeWe are seeking a skilled and experienced General Foreman to oversee and manage daily operations at our worksite. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, adept at coordinating tasks, managing personnel, and ensuring smooth workflow to achieve plant objectives efficiently and safely Key Accountability Areas

  • Supervision and Leadership: Direct and supervise workers across various departments or sections, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and assignments, delegating responsibilities to teams or individuals, and ensuring proper distribution of workload.
  • Workflow Management: Manage workflow to meet deadlines and project milestones, adjusting schedules and resources as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets company standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe work environment and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition to optimize productivity.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on project progress, productivity, issues encountered, and solutions implemented, communicating effectively with management.
Role Accountability
  • Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.
  • Use tools and machineries within efficient cost and time.
  • Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.
  • Solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.
  • Implement the quality standards for products or processes or related activities.
  • Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions.
  • Comply to related policy, procedures and processes.
  • Adhere to all Safety procedures and regulations.
