Our team members are results-driven individuals who like to move fast, get the job done, and have fun doing it.We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented personalities to join our Call Center Department. The primary responsibility for this role is to contact potential customers via a phone call, generate interest, and settle demo appointments. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with prospects over the phone.How your day will look like:

  • Promoting and marketing business and its products through extensive and persistent communication via cold calling & emails to prospective clients
  • Scheduling Initial Prospecting Meetings for the Sales Team
  • Providing in-depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
  • Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum of 80 calls per day
  • Working together with the management towards growing a specific sales territory
  • Working together with the management to support the acquisition of new accounts in the region
  • Help as needed to build awareness on special projects/events
  • Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in CRM
RequirementsWe are looking for someone, who:
  • Has great communication & negotiation skills
  • Is fluent in both English & Arabic languages
  • Has great self-organizational skills
  • Is a patient and goal-oriented personality
  • Not necessary has a prior experience
