Job Description

A leading Sharjah-based ERP software company requires a customer support/software developer who will be responsible for developing and/or designing the companys ERP system.Job Requirements:*Strong Understanding of MySQL Database concepts and to create its schemas.*Strong Understanding of C++ Programming.*A good knowledge of WEB technologies such as HTTP, XML, JSON and experience working with a Web server.*Strong understanding of Object-Oriented methodology (OOP).*A good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JS, HTML5, and CSS3.*Strong unit test and debugging skills.*Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.*Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.*Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.*Strong analytical capabilities.*Excellent troubleshooting skills.*Good verbal and written communication.*Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.*Highly motivated with a strong work ethic upholding integrity and confidentiality as core values.Qualifications & Experience*Degree in Engineering.*Prior 2 year experience as a customer support/software developer.
