  • Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the office - HR policies implementation, employee benefit programs, HRIS,˙coordinate with PRO on licenses compliance and rentals up to date, other admin tasks
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process; including coordination with recruitment agency partners.
  • Maintain historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
