Job Description

SearchPlus HR, an esteemed human resources consulting firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Pediatric Dentist Periodontist to join our team. As a Specialist Pediatric Dentist Periodontist, you will play an integral role in providing specialized dental care to children with periodontal conditions.As a Specialist Pediatric Dentist Periodontist, your primary focus will be on diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases in children. You will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each childs needs and apply specialized techniques to restore and maintain healthy gum tissues. Your expertise and dedication to pediatric periodontal care will contribute to the oral health and overall wellbeing of our young patients.Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat periodontal diseases in children, such as gingivitis or periodontitis
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for each child based on their specific periodontal needs
  • Perform periodontal procedures on children, including scaling, root planing, and gum grafting
  • Monitor and manage gum health in pediatric patients
  • Collaborate with other dental specialists and professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene practices and periodontal disease prevention
  • Create a positive and comfortable dental experience for young patients
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric periodontal care
  • Contribute to research and publications related to pediatric periodontics
Requirements
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
  • Specialization and certification in both Pediatric Dentistry and Periodontics
  • Valid license to practice as a Specialist Pediatric Dentist Periodontist
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases in children
  • Familiarity with specialized periodontal treatment techniques and approaches for pediatric patients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with young patients and their parents
  • Ability to create a positive and comfortable dental experience for children
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in treatment planning and execution
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in pediatric periodontics
