  • Encourage the team in establishing a safety first, Quality always culture at the site.
  • Ensure that the Companys Health and Safety standards are communicated to all production staff and they carry out their jobs in a safe manner at all times.
  • To ensure implementation of all Company Policy for Production, Quality & Maintenance and implement SOPs in Manufacturing.
  • Implementation of HACCP plan and CCPs in the factory and corrective action is taken if any CCP non-conformance occurs.˙
  • Lead shop floor team and keep its discipline to achieve production goals and targets while ensuring all manufacturing activities are carried out as per standards (GMP, standard manning, productivity, OEE, etc).
  • Ensure that production cleaning take place regularly and work areas are in cleaned condition.
  • Ensure production plan is achieved in process and filling lines and aligned with customer requirement.˙
  • Liaise between Production and CRM teams to resolve planning related problems.˙
  • To ensure all manufacturing equipment are maintained in good workable conditions and facilitate the Preventive maintenance program with maintenance team.
  • Assure the execution of all corrective action plans for respective audits carried out by various auditors related to EHS, Quality, Operations, and Regulatory.
  • Update various regular Production Report, update the ERP with production data shift wise and assure that the Analyzed Output is as per requirement & Standards which results to deliver Set KPI.
  • Train all operators on respective manufacturing equipment & handling trouble shooting processes.
  • To ensure optimum availability, minimal downtime, maximum efficiency and maximum capacity utilization for all Manufacturing equipment.
  • To ensure regulatory requirements of Weights and measures of finished goods are complied with standards.
  • To ensure and align team towards Waste Management˙
  • To monitor & increase the productivity through continuous improvement process in the manufacturing area.
Qualifications and skills
  • University graduate specialized in food technology or engineering would be appreciated.˙
  • Five years (5) experience in Food manufacturing FMCG is highly preferable.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude.
  • Proven people manufacturing experience and Excellent in leading, motivating, and developing of multinational teams, understand, and respect their cultures.
