Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Storekeeper, who coordinates general warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, and documenting warehouse transactions and storage and maintaining of inventory.Roles & Responsibilities:? Coordinate warehouse operations in accordance with 5S (sort, set, , standardize, sustain) techniques.? Carry out documentation and identification of all requirements.? Comply to safety, health and operational quality standards.? Coordinate arrangement or rotation of warehouse cargo and items.? Coordinate shipment, cargo or material handling security procedures.? Coordinate departments incident or crisis management initiatives.? Coordinate trans-shipment and trans-loading operations.? Execute measures to address operational shortfall, maintenance, or repair needs.? Execute operations according to different warehousing situations and contingencies.? Facilitate compliance of height, weight and special handling requirements in stacking, moving, arranging items on pallets according to storage plan.? Implement continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.? Implement methods and techniques to manage dangerous goods.? Implement methods and techniques to manage time and temperature sensitive cargo.? Perform stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items.? Review warehousing quality issues in a timely manner.? Suggest Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) solutions to address localized shortcomings in existing processes and report any such incidents.? Track cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with.Qualifications:? Has at least 5 to 7 years related working experience? Proven working experience as a Warehouse Store In charge? Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems? Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods? Good organizational and time management skills? Ability to lift heavy objects? Active forklift license? Diploma/ Graduate-Degree/ Equivalent
