Its goal is to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality.As a supply chain manager, youll oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to the delivery of the final productHow You Will Achieve It

• Production Operations
• Plan, organize and direct day-to-day operations to meet the company?s expectations for safety, productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment and exceed our customers? expectations.
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets for the manufacturing department
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by ensuring regulatory and company standard and practices are adhered to.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
• Effective analytical, planning, and organizational skills to track labor and cost across the manufacturing departments.
• Foster a culture of continual improvement and a focus on best practices.
• Lead continuous process and systems improvements for future production efforts.
• Work collaboratively with the other departments to ensure department and company objectives are achieved.
• Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, and regular interpersonal communication.
• Coordinate team activities to help cross functional teams be more successful.
• Establish and implement manufacturing procedures and programs to maintain and improve the competitive position and profitability of the operation.
• Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
• Model and promotes the company?s mission and values.
• Supply chain
• Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
• Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
• Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, on site and contractor
• Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
• Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
• Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
• Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
• Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials.
• Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.
• Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials.
• Acts as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.
• Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QualificationsMust-Have

• Degree in pharmacy, with 5+ years? experience in pharma Industry
• Registered or can be a registered in the Tunisian Order of Pharmacists
• Ability to leverage various digital tools to drive performance and process Optimisation, adaptability to digital innovation
• Systemically identify and resolve complex challenges and provide optimal solutions
• Able to produce reports from visualization databases and provide inputs for design of improved versions
• Proven leadership in complex projects
• Experience in budget management
• Good understanding of procurement essentials
• Good Knowledge in SAP
• Fluent in English
