As the Client Delivery Market Leader (CDML), you be accountable for overall client health and bridge the operational gap for internal and external partners. The CDML successfully manage, develop markets and oversees program level projects.Client Delivery Market Leader (CDML)What can you expect

  • Accountable for implementing overall operational business strategy and delivery across all markets and customer satisfaction
  • Design, develop and implement process and business changes using change management principles/methodology to better the organization as a whole
  • Accountable for development of leaders and team members
  • Partner with other business areas to ensure communication and collaboration across all stakeholders

We will count on you to:
  • Responsible for actively managing financial health for operational delivery
  • Partner with senior leadership to lead and support strategic change
  • Proactively identify trends across the organization to strengthen and enhance client health
  • Design, develop and implement operational efficiencies across the organization
  • Engage internal/external stakeholders to resolve client and participant escalations
What you need to have:
  • 10+ years experience in Health & Benefit administration and people management.
  • Experience successfully managing, developing markets and overseeing program level projects.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills proven ability to research, follow up and resolve complex issues or problems surfaced by the team.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills ability to model desired work values and practices for other team members.
What makes you stand out
  • Prior experience leading a team of Project Managers, Benefits Analysts or Delivery Specialists in benefit administration and Insurance operations.
  • Background in Health and Benefits, HRIS/Payroll systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effective teams and manager complex Programs
