Job Role :Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional ConsultantRole Summary:In the role of a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant, you will utilize your expertise in Dynamics 365 to drive improvements and efficiencies in supply chain operations. Focusing on system design, configuration, and optimization, this position plays a crucial role in enhancing operational processes and ensuring that the Dynamics 365 platform is leveraged to its fullest potential to meet business objectives.Job Responsibilities:System Design and Configuration

  • Lead the design and configuration of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules, including but not limited to Product Information Management, Procurement, Production, Sales and Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management, to align with business goals.
  • Ensure that system configurations adhere to best practices and meet organizational needs for flexibility and scalability.
Business Process Analysis
  • Engage with various teams to understand business processes, identifying areas where Dynamics 365 can bring value and efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system design documents.
Customization and Implementation
  • Design, document, and oversee the implementation of system customizations and enhancements, ensuring they meet specified requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that customizations are developed and deployed effectively.
Training and User Support
  • Develop and deliver training programs for users, enabling them to utilize the Dynamics 365 system effectively for their specific roles.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, ensuring high levels of system adoption and satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices, identifying opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Recommend and implement system improvements, working closely with management to align these enhancements with business strategy.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the Dynamics 365 ecosystem supports and enhances business processes.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all levels of the organization, reporting on project statuses, challenges, and achievements.
Key Expertise and Qualifications:Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain management, with a proven ability to design, configure, and optimize the platform to meet business needs.
Education
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training users and collaborating with teams across the organization.
Certifications
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Operations, or related areas, are preferred.
Additional Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies is beneficial.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
