We are Raydium Properties a Real Estate agency located in Dubai. Our team is looking for a talented and ambitious real estate agent to work in our company. You should be located in UAE, if this is you, welcome to our team!

  • Responsibilities
Quick processing of incoming requests from the companys advertising channels.Identification of customer needs and formation of commercial solutions for them.Conducting showings of objects and closing deals, providing repeated requests and recommendations.Work on selection with clients aimed at different price segments.Implementation of the sales plan and work for the result.Providing real estate investment consultations for clients. Working with CRM system.Formation of the workflow in accordance with effective company regulations.Qualifications
  1. Real Estate License: Obtaining a real estate license is a mandatory requirement for practicing as a sales agent in Dubai. The licensing process involves completing a pre-licensing course from an approved institution, passing a written exam administered by the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), and meeting other eligibility criteria set by RERA.
  2. Education: While theres no specific educational requirement in terms of degree, having a background in business, marketing, finance, or real estate can be beneficial. Additionally, completing relevant real estate courses or training programs can enhance ones knowledge and skills in the field.
  3. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable as it is the primary language of business and communication in Dubai. However, proficiency in English is also important given the multicultural nature of the city and its real estate market.
  4. Knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Regulations: Its essential for real estate agents in Dubai to have a good understanding of local real estate laws, regulations, and procedures governing property transactions. This knowledge helps ensure compliance and facilitates smooth dealings with clients and authorities.
  5. Customer Service and Sales Skills: Successful real estate agents possess strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively closing deals are key aspects of the job.
  6. Market Knowledge: Keeping abreast of market trends, property developments, and investment opportunities in Dubais real estate sector is crucial for providing valuable insights to clients and making informed recommendations.
  7. Ethical Standards: Upholding high ethical standards and adhering to professional codes of conduct is essential for maintaining trust and credibility in the industry.
