Charterhouse is working with a leading international travel company, who is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join their Legal department in Dubai.About The RoleThe Senior Associate will support the Commercial and Finance team, with regards to various legal and strategic matters, to enable business decisions and further operations. The duties will include drafting commercial and financial related agreements, providing support, advice and guidance on liabilities, legal restrictions and risks of proposed transactions. This role will support the negotiation of medium to high value agreements and independent negotiation of specialist agreements.This is an excellent opportunity to join an in-house position with clear long-term career development prospects and the opportunity to play a key role in relation to high profile matters.About YouTo be considered for this role, the successful candidate must be a Common Law Qualified Lawyer with 5 to 6 years PQE, along with excellent communication skills in English and strong business acumen. A strong commercial background is essential, with experience in corporate and contracts.Our client is looking for someone who has worked in Private Practice with a commercial focus and must be self-sufficient with the ability to work well within a team. Ideally, the candidate should be based in Dubai already, however strong profiles will be considered from those not based in Dubai.
