The company is located in Dubai and continuously works on real-time technologies to bring new products and solutions to its customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate and qualify leads, assist in closing sales deals, providing excellent customer service and support, and maintaining customer relationships.Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services
  • Answer questions about the products or queries related to the company and services
  • Update customer and lead information in the CRM
  • Assist in meeting sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer support and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects with a professional attitude
  • Experience in telesales or call centre environment
  • Experience in the tracking and information systems industry is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English - Verbal / Spoken / Written.
  • Past Experience in the GPS / Telematics industry is an added advantage
