What youll need to succeed:Undergraduate degree in the following disciplines Computing, Engineering or MathematicsA solid background and experience in the Retail and Supply Chain domainA minimum of 10 years experience is required working in technology related environments as a Head of Technology, Technical Architect, Functional ConsultantExperience delivering and managing complex solutions (multi-platform, multi-technology, 3rd parties).A strong background in dierent technologies focusing on consumer and business applications and should know and understand a variety of dierent technologies and frameworks.Ideally the candidate should have a technology related academic and professional background.Experience in the application of technology to business processes and to have a good understanding of Retail and Supply Chain as an industry sector.Experience of Agile and Waterfall soGware development lifecycles.Demonstrated ability to build consensus and lead amongst diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in retail systems such as ERP, WMS and other supply chain systems.Experience working on integration technologies and a good understanding of API design patterns and frameworks, micro services, API gateways, API security etc.Hands on delivery experience in delivery frameworks - Agile and WaterfallPossess a strong technical and functional experience in Retail and Enterprise applications, such as Oracle Retail, Oracle EBS, SAP Retail, warehouse management, order management etc.Background as a pure player or luxury, branding and fashionUnderstanding of the Middle East markets and key players knowledge is preferableStrong leadership and collaboration with senior stakeholdersEntrepreneurial and innovative approach to business value creationAbility to design, create, execute and delivery Technology roadmaps and demonstrate ROIHolistic strategic thinker on all things TechnologyAbility to manage teams and work in a fast paced, agile environmentReady to join our exciting transformation to become a hybrid retailer, bringing luxury experiences to the fingertips of our customers everywhere Nows your chance.
