Position Title: Senior AccountantEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:A Germany-based company and leading suppliers of high-quality window, door and faade systems made from aluminum, PVC-U and steelLead the accounts receival department on daily accounting activitiesReview daily customers invoices and ensure of completion of support documents related and issue accurate payments receipts for all customers paymentsEnsure that all the customers invoices are booked correctly into accounting software system and are paid on due date by LC , TT, PDC, Cash, otherwise follow up customers debts in daily basis by emails, phone calls, visits up to collectedEnsure that all new export LCs conditions & terms are correct and match with company policy while having control on all exports LC aspects on daily and weekly and monthly basis by checking LCs balances, asking for amendments, (if required) and prepare all export LC claiming documents on daily basis and forward it to bank in proper timeCoordinate with customer & banks regarding LCs claims until deposit in company bank accountPrepare monthly /weekly control reports. (LCs status report/customers status report, others)Qualifications:Open to Arabic speakersMale/Female, 40 years old and belowBachelors Degree in Accountancy or FinanceMinimum 7 years of experience in the same role specifically from logistic companiesCandidate must have an extensive experience in Letter of CreditWith advance skills in different accounting softwares and Microsoft officeImmediate joiners will be prioritized
