About this OpportunityWe are now looking for a Project Planner to join our team. The Project Planner role is data driven to create insights and trends to support the Customer Project Manager (CPM) effectively and efficiently manage their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope.ÿ Ensure that customer business is correctly executed adhering to PM directive and compliance requirements, using relevant processes and tools.ÿWhat you will do

• Project management in Global Chronos tool (GC)
  • Performance indicator monitoring in GC
  • Maintain Change request log in GC
  • Maintain Risk register in GC
  • Update tasks plan in MS project or other tools
  • Maintain time plan
  • Update project status report in GC for use in governance calls
  • Send out customer project evaluation surveys
  • Review all project documentation URL and update if required
  • Review project categorization and ask for recategorization is needed
  • Review operational plan of the project and get forecast from CPM
  • Audit project compliance and update CPM in % deviation
• Resource management in Erimatch & SAP
  • EriMatch ? Assignment position request (APR) creation, Utilization monitoring and control.
  • Erimatch ? Resource forecasting
  • Fiori ? Network number (ICRRB) creation for cost allocation and handling.
  • Network number creation for local resources
• Financial management in Global Chronos & SAP
  • Review project financials and request input from CPM
  • Financial planning updates in Global Chronos (GC)
  • Tracking of planned vs actual costs in SAP/ONE
  • Track time reporting & network numbers
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Folder structure creation in Eridoc (Ericsson central repository)
  • Document handling & version control in Eridoc
  • Scheduled reports on project status to project team
  • Data visualization
  • Audit for required documents upload in Erimatch
  • Support in securing necessary documents and links for various tollgates and other checklists

ÿFuture requirements

• Live Node Activity
  • Ensure that SI have updated all planned tasks in Production Activity tracker
  • Alert CPM / PD on any high risk or critical node activity
• Automation & Industrialization
  • Track asset re-use in Navigator 365 (Ericsson document template store)
  • Ensure handover of EBC from Bid office to pre-sales Core 2 & then to project team
  • Tasks & Issues management in JIRA
• Sourcing / Supply
  • Purchase order (PO) creation. Follow-up for 3rd party & Global
  • Software License ordering
  • Track open Good receipt (GR) & Invoice Receipt (IR)

ÿYou will bring

• • At least 2 years of experience in either financials or project management
  • Knowledge of Ericsson Business Process and ways-of-working would be an advantage
  • Exposure to Project Management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Cultural awareness.
  • Strong grasp of financials and ability to analyze
  • Ability to handle ambiguity
  • Show Initiative
  • Hands-on IT and MS Excel skills
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • Planning & Organizing
  • Present & Communicate Information through writing & reporting
