Job Description

Job Title: Tele-sales RepresentativeLocation: Remote workJob Type: Full timeJob Overview:We are a startup company in Dubai, providing Cloud Managed Service. We are looking for an experienced tele-sales Representative, living in Lebanon / Jordan, and fluent in English and Arabic to join our team. As a Tele-sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and promoting our companys services via telephone.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct the daily sales calls to identify potential clients and generate interest for a meeting in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling meetings/appointments 2 meetings per day (on average) with interested contacts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing customer issues and needs.
  • Record and update call activity notes and sales progress in CRM database and other internal tracking methods.
