Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Job Recruiter to join our team. As a Part-Time Job Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for our part-time job openings. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
