Job Description

Title:Civil & Structural Department ManagerJob RequirementWe are looking for Civil & Structural Department Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAERoles and responsibility

  • Establishes and maintains the technical standards within the discipline. Conceives and develops creative/innovative technology critical to the companys success.
  • Responsibilities include the management of studies, design, specification and services civil structural discipline supporting the Abu Dhabi / Middle East projects.
  • This could include typically foundations and supports to oil and gas production and hydrocarbons processing equipment and piping together with transportation systems (road, rail, airport, seaport), bridges, infrastructure, drainage, underground utilities, hydrology/hydraulics, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, water resources and raw water supply, tunnels, geotechnical design, and other civil engineering works.
  • Conceives and develops creative/innovative technology critical to the companys success.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requirements are an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years Oil and Gas Upstream / Mid Stream / Downstream related experience, with average experience of 20+ years.
  • Candidate is expected to hold a certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer.
  • Candidate should demonstrate ability to conceive of and develop creative/innovative technology critical to the companys success.
  • Candidate should demonstrate strong inter personal skills as well as good technical knowledge of Civil discipline scope .
