Job Purpose: Responsible for sending quotations, order execution, maintenance of customer database˙& Lead generation etc.˙Job Responsibilities: ˙1.˙˙˙˙˙˙Increasing Chanel Breadth and activating the existing customers whom we have not billed2.˙˙˙˙˙˙Responsible for negotiation and implementation of strategic sales initiatives, promotions, pricing and new product launches.3.˙˙˙˙˙˙Drive development of customer/channel plans for assigned customer accounts4.˙˙˙˙˙˙Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Customers at various levels to understand needs, address concerns, etc.5.˙˙˙˙˙˙Maintaining pipeline and updating on the progress.6.˙˙˙˙˙˙Responsible for sending quotations, selling pricing, order execution, maintenance of customer database etc.7.˙˙˙˙˙˙Billing to customers8.˙˙˙˙˙˙Outbound and inbound management like arranging transfer of ownership documents and export documents, payment management and supporting commercial executive for the same, make sure that deliveries to customers are done on time, and following up with customers for overdues.9.˙˙˙˙˙˙Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the departments.
