The Collections Specialist interacts directly with the customer Account Payable departments to perform cash collections activities as defined in O2C GBS Catalogue. Based in one of customer group country/CT locations, attend BAU weekly / agreed Adhoc customer local meetings. Manage the local / group of customer(s) in the region.
