ResponsibilitiesúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProvides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO & VP.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain executive?s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerforms clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿArranges Business Travel and Accommodation for CEO & VP.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSchedules and attends meetings on their behalf, taking notes and recording minutes.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReceives incoming communication or memos, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerforms office tasks including maintaining records, and performing basic bookkeeping.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerforms additional duties as assigned.Requirements and skillsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProven experience as executive secretary orÿsimilar administrative role.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿExtensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿExtremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
