Job Description

The HR Payroll Officer will assume a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. This position is responsible for the administration of payroll, compliance with applicable regulations, and providing HR support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, HR knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, overtime, and bonuses accurately and on time.
  • Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data.
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records, including personnel files and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll and HR records, including personal information, deductions, and benefits.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
  • Generate and maintain electronic pay statements.
  • Assist in HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, and other relevant metrics.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR-related matters.
  • Assist employees with payroll and HR-related documentation and forms.
