Job Description

Job Title: Female ReceptionistLocation: Salmiya, KuwaitSalary: 250 KDWorking Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/weekAbout Us:We are a well-established laundromat located in the vibrant community of Salmiya. Committed to providing exceptional service, we are looking for a dedicated and friendly female receptionist to join our team.Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the laundromat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing information about our services and pricing.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing customer concerns and scheduling delivery appointments as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of daily sales.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Female, with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
