Responsible for ensuring that the machinery used to produce new and existing products run safely, maximum efficiency and output with cost efficiency.
This includes applying and supervising total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical and service equipment by people management.
Carrying out maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment
Performing periodic inspections on plant, machinery and automated systems
Scheduling planned and preventive maintenance work
Intervening immediately in the event of breakdowns, failures or malfunctions
Responsible for all maintenance operations
Diagnose breakdown problems
Design maintenance plans , strategies, procedures and methods
Monitor and control maintenance costs
Make all reports about the Maintenance operations
Supervises the maintenance technicians in order to ensure their commitment to policies & work procedures.
Anticipates needs, decide on priorities and adjust means and resources
Fault finding during production.
Performing planned and predictive maintenance plans.
Monitor and manage equipment operation
