JOB PURPOSETo provide effective specialized support and technical analyses to policy and programme activities that effectively meet food assistance needs.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)1.Provide technical support and assist in the development and implementation of various˙activities and processes within the area of Government partnership.2. Liaise with counterparts from the Government and support effective collaboration with the Government.3. Ensure and/or perform accurate, timely recording of data and consistency of information presented to stakeholders.4. Coordinate and communicate with local partners from government institutions to ensure effective collaboration.5. Act as a point of contact for resolution of a range of operational queries and problems specifically, from Government entities counterpart.6. Providing practical advice and guidance, to contribute to delivering objectives to agreed standards and deadlines.7. Prepare and/or consolidate comprehensive reports, documentation, correspondence, briefing notes, etc. and conduct research in the area of work.8. Respond to complex business support queries in order to provide a timely and accurate˙˙resolution of enquiries for partners.9. Oversee the maintenance of records and databases to ensure information is organized˙˙and readily available and compliant with all relevant regulations and policies.
