About this opportunity˙We are now looking for a Head of Operations, to be fully accountable for the RAN operations assistance service for one of our Managed Services contracts, reporting to the Service Line Head and the Customer Unit. This role will work within the scope of the contract and effectively take responsibility for assisting the customer?s 1st & 2nd level technical teams on 2/3/4G RAN Operations. It is a customer-facing role and will also be a key interface towards the Ericsson Support and Project organizations.˙What you will do˙

  • Be the overall responsible and accountable for delivering the operations assistance service
  • Assist the customer in event, incident, problem management and for changes to an existing Service.
  • Assist the customer for business continuity and disaster recovery of an existing service. Identifying risks and driving actions with the customer.
  • Support the Operations Governance both internally and with the customer for the Service Performance in the contract
  • Ensure compliance to Ericsson EHS regulations
  • Manage resource planning, recruitment and competence development
  • Ensure time reporting is done, monitor internal and third-party costs and ensure full cost recovery
˙You will bring˙Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or at least 5 years? experience of Network operations as manager or Team Lead. Knowledge of Managed Service Telecom Operations Practice (MSTOP), Knowledge sharing and Collaboration skills.
  • Solid experience in Ericsson?s RAN solutions (2/3/4G) and knowledge in OSS/ENIC
  • Proven experience leading by example, working collaboratively and dynamically across the business, with our customers, partners and suppliers.
  • Motivation to take ownership to deliver services that our customers value and will promote.
  • Solid customer management, understanding their perspective and being able to empathize with their business situation and needs.
  • Passion for innovation, be curious by questioning ways of working that that make things difficult; trial new ways of doing things; fail fast and learn quickly.
