As a˙Professional Solutions Business lead ? Maghrib countries you will :˙? Lead˙and supervise˙the business while maintaining customer satisfaction.? Help implement strategies that will help generate revenue or profitability.? Listening to what customers want, gathering customer insights and helping them to find the best solution for their needs in a competitive landscape.? Design, prepare and provide the relevant sales activities and services in order to support implementation of SPS campaigns and marketing strategies.? Contribute to campaign communication, identify appropriate channel of communication and adapt message to the targeted audience.? Constantly build product knowledge and deliver value added offers in engaging ways.? Setting up attractive product promotions at point of sales.? Deliver˙presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders.? Engage˙in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with all business stakeholders.? Networking with relevant stakeholders.Searching for new business opportunities.? Realize monthly sales targets and ensure monthly, quarterly sales forecast accuracy at optimum.? Contribute to the development and implementation of the regional strategy for the Professional Solutions portfolio. (In particular Professional Pest Management and Garden Control products.)? Contribute to commercial strategy and implementation of marketing activities, technology ac-cess and pricing policies in Morrocoy, Tunisia and Algeria in line with regional strategy.? Work closely and collaborate with Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria crop protection business sales forces to deliver technologies and effective offers/strategies ensuring alignment with regional strategies and priorities.? Collect and analyse market data/trends to provide insight for the further development of the business. Contribute portfolio development needs and positioning.? Active travelling in Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria, some abroad travel within MENAF territory countries depends on need.QualificationsCritical knowledge:? University degree in Marketing / /Business Administration / Agriculture or Life Sciences.? Good basics and understanding of business management.? PC literate, good MS outlook, excel, word skills? Valid driving license and active driver? Ability and ethics to work in multi-national and multi-task environmentCritical experience:? At least 3-year experience of sales and marketing activities? Good analytical and data reading skills? Result and deadline oriented, self-driven motivation is a plus? Sales and marketing focused, understanding of competition environment? Good knowledge in communication on multiple seniority levels, good interpersonal skills, net-worker? Ability to anticipate issues, multitasking and prioritization is essential? Attitude and mind-set to work in local unit of a global organisation, work in cross functional / matrix organisation? Customer oriented: insight about internal and external stakeholdersCritical technical, professional and personal capabilities:? Arabic and French is a must as local language. Good level of English is mandatory.? Hands on doer mentality, task focused and ability to work under pressure?
