Helping usher the continent into a digital economy era.We?re not just about serving people - we?re about creating a marketplace to bring people what they need while infusing social values.Yassir Express is seeking a sales manager to lead our representatives in Morocco- someone who does this with both short and long-term market goals in mind, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there. You?ll work closely with the general manager, operations, and marketing to support processes that scale and innovate Yassir Express sales from the ground up.What youll do

  • Best-in-class sales: Drive your reps towards short and long-term market goals for Morocco, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there
  • People management: Manage and cultivate highly successful and engaged reps who drive results. Monitor, evaluate, and develop the performance of individuals on your teams
  • Team leadership: Create an incredible culture in your team centered on customer focus, passion for Yassir Express restaurants, and achieving the best possible results
  • Local / regional collaboration: Facilitate focused and productive communication and collaboration among your reps and between your reps/cross-functional partners
  • Stakeholder alignment: Collaborate closely with the GM and city operations to ensure your team is meeting the growth objectives.
  • You will be responsible for ownership of all acquisition, retention, and development efforts of our sales team in addition to responsibility for hiring talent, sculpting that talent collective, and preparing it for bigger things.
  • The first role of this leader will be to own the growth.
  • You will set the strategy and oversee the execution in Morocco. This means winning hyper-locally and building a team by increasing ramp speed
  • You will work with your team to Identify new business opportunities by cold calling, meetings, market research and prospects to sign the contracts.
  • Maintain the record for contacted and uncontacted leads are entered into personal and automated follow-up processes.
  • Coordination With new restaurant to go live on Yassir Express
  • Work with restaurants and Marketing team to determine promotions, coupons & vouchers to boost & generates sales growth
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including :
  • Sales calls
  • Closed Sales
  • Follow-up Activities
  • Sales Expense Report
  • Presentations
  • Sales Meeting Report (New Restaurant)
  • Daily signed contract report
  • Coordination Meeting Report: -New & Existing restaurant for meeting
  • Client meeting report
  • Portfolio Report: ? Client name, live date, concerned person name and contact info.

  • You are an experienced Senior Manager or above in a sales role with at least 5 years experience
  • You excel in building and scaling sales teams that consistently exceed acquisition targets

  • You have a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining diverse talent
  • You have experience driving results, influencing the direction of a sales teams strategic plan and shaping policies to aid in the execution of the strategic plan
