Job Description

We are looking for an Associate HR Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate HR Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and providing support to the HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  2. Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
  3. Support the HR team in all aspects of recruitment and selection, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  4. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
  5. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  6. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  7. Assist in the performance management process, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
  8. Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
  9. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
  10. Handle ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned.
