Job Description

We are seeking anexperienced and highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Tkxel. As aBusiness Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes,gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications forsoftware development projects. You will work closely with cross-functionalteams, including clients, stakeholders, and development teams, to ensuresuccessful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a stronganalytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solid understandingof software development processes.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to gather and document project requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for software development projects.
  • Create detailed project documentation, including process flows, use cases, wireframes, and test plans.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate the implemented solutions against the requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose appropriate solutions or mitigations.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the software development industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and process modeling.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile software development teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools, such as wireframing tools, project management software, and requirements management tools.
