About the job Market ManagerPosition Title: Market Manager˙Reporting to: Country ManagerWork with the HQ to execute the marketing and commercial strategy and plan in the source market.Support the implementation of the B2B commercial plan (roadshows, workshops, co-ops, fam˙trips, etc.)Support with trade relationship management (Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Airlines, hotels, associations˙and DMCs)Oversee marketing campaigns with trade partners, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete˙activities.Track the effectiveness of joint marketing campaigns and report progress, findings and results to the HQ.Provide administrator support to the department to ensure smooth-running of operations (data entry,˙monthly reports, minutes of meeting, diary management and arranging appointments).Write, deliver and translate content (destination presentation, newsletter, brand content, press releases,˙brochures, etc.)Track and report departmental actives (trade events, fam trips, joint marketing campaigns, etc.)Generate weekly and monthly reports and updates for the HQ.Monitor the trends and maintain knowledge about current industry updates and practices.Create and implement co-marketing agreements and partnerships with top trade partners to promote and˙sell the product through B2B channels.Monitor and review of co-marketing partnership with partners as well as recommending changes if needed˙post alignment with market director.Plan and organize STA Roadshows, exhibitions, sales missions, workshops in source markets.Plan and execute familiarization tours for travel agents, and tour operators.Required qualifications Master`s DegreeRequired years of experience Min 5 years on similar capacitySalary Package+ any other benefits PKR 225,000 275,000 Skills required market knowledge of travel and tourism
