On a behalf of high-profile client, we are looking for outstanding Butler Team Leader, to hire urgently, it is preferable to have work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC. Summary: Our client is seeking Butler Team Leader To coordinates and monitors all Butler tasks to ensure caring, thoughtful, and dedicated personalized service is always provided in accordance with organizational procedures. The Butler Supervisor should have a good knowledge of social etiquettes and formal service, cultural and luxury awareness to supervise and participate in proper table settings, household management, butler service such as packing and unpacking of luggage, garment pressing, shoeshine. The Butler Supervisor motivates, coaches and mentors the Butlers to strive for exceptional handcrafted guest/customer services. He/She must be creative, intuitive, detail-oriented, and attentive in anticipating the needs of VIP guests/customers and responding calmly to any challenging situation. The Butler Supervisor must also be able to multi-task, problem solve and demonstrate good communication skills in order to foster a positive working environment for both internal and external stakeholders. Job Duties: Act as first point of contact for all custodial event contractual services Responsible for conflict/crises management always, most notably during events Perform general cleaning duties effectively and assist with supervision of full-time and part-time day staff when working non-event scheduled days. Block out-of-service rooms (OOS) whenever necessary for Engineering/Contractors to fix rooms defects. Use your talent for overseeing people and getting things done on time and under budget. Enable an environment where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. Carries out other duties assigns by the Executive Housekeeper/ Housekeeping Manager Allocates room to housekeeping attendants according to the system implemented in the 7 stars luxury hospitality services. Ensures all discrepancies are reported in a timely manner. Ensure all deep cleaning programs are carried out as per set schedules. Ensures cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the 7 stars luxury hospitality services.Minimum Qualifications: 7 stars luxury hospitality services and/ or Hospitality Management diploma/ degree, preferred. Degree in hotel management or relevant field Progressive experience in Housekeeping gained in a Ensures cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the 7 stars luxury hospitality services, with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Practical experience as a departmental trainer in housekeeping Optimizes work productivity by effectively scheduling and allocating all available resources and recommends changes in methods, equipment, design, staff, to EHK in order to improve departmental standards/productivity and ensures implementation of the same.
