Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader in our pleated filter production line. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience working with pleated filter machines, along with exceptional leadership abilities to effectively manage and coordinate production activities. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and safety of our production processes.Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Supervision:

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the production team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, and monitor their performance to ensure productivity goals are met.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate production targets, updates, and address any issues or concerns raised by team members.

1. Production Management:

• Oversee all aspects of the pleated filter production line, including setup, operation, and maintenance of pleated filter machines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions or operational issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to minimize downtime.

1. Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all pleated filters produced meet the required quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the production process, and take corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from quality requirements.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the production line, and work collaboratively with the team to implement solutions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for optimizing machine settings, workflows, and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

1. Training and Development:

• Provide training and guidance to new team members on operating pleated filter machines and adhering to production protocols.
• Foster a culture of learning and skill development within the team, and support ongoing training initiatives to enhance the capabilities of production personnel.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with pleated filter machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities related to machine operation and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in machine operation or manufacturing processes preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Additional vocational training or certification in textile manufacturing are a plus.
