Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team in the PP fiber and yarn filter production line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous inspection and adherence to quality control procedures.Responsibilities:

  1. Perform regular quality inspections throughout the PP fiber and yarn filter production process, including raw material intake, processing, and final product testing.
  2. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
  3. Utilize various testing equipment and tools to assess product quality, such as tensile testers, microscopy, and spectroscopy.
  4. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  5. Maintain accurate records of quality inspection results and documentation of non-conforming products.
  6. Monitor process parameters and production equipment to ensure optimal performance and product consistency.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and safety within the production line.
  9. Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control processes and procedures as needed.
  10. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a relevant field preferred.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in fiber or yarn production.
  • Familiarity with quality testing methods and equipment used in textile manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or irregularities in products.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.
Education and Certifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • Additional vocational training or certification in textile manufacturing is advantageous.
