Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of operators and technicians in the day-to-day operations of STPs. Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify and address operational issues. Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in STP operations.Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on plant operations, maintenance, and performance.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in STP operations, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
