Urgent requirement for Project Governance for our client in SharjahWe have an urgent requirement for Project Governance for our client in SharjahJob Purpose: The Program or Project Governance personnel is responsible for providing oversight and guidance to ensure that the programs and projects are aligned with the Organizations strategic goals and objectives. This includes developing and implementing governance policies and procedures, monitoring program/project progress and resolving issues and risksPrincipal Accountabilities: Assist in developing and implementing governance policies and procedures for programs and projects. Review Business Case submitted by the Project Sponsor. Communicate with stakeholders and ensure that the projects meet the needs of the business . Track allocated budgets across all programs/projects . Monitor progress of programs and projects and identify any risks or issues . Work with Project Managers to resolve issues and ensure that projects are on track. Track ROI/Business outcomes as defined in Business Case. Present periodic dash board to Senior Management & Stakeholders. Be part of the annual budgeting exercise.
