Key Roles:

Handle cash services transactions and ensure compliance with P&P.
Follow up pending issues with branches , banks and other concerned parties, and ensure
processing as per P&P.
Receive and count cash and ensure adherence to policies & procedures.
Examine cash and process rejected cash as per P&P.
Process daily cash requests received and prepare cash needed according to P&P.
Conduct physical cash count prior to transportation/shipment as per P&P.
Handle & process all inquiries, cases and amendments related to pending transactions and ensure all are resolved prior to execution.
Ensure that all transactions are completed within the time limit.
Perform any other task are requested by direct supervisor.
Compliance performance in line with AB Code of Conducts as well as AB P&P and local laws and regulations.
Deliver and receive of cash bilaterally with the team leader or the supervisor with each third party.
Maintain a strong teamwork environment within and outside the team.
Ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of processing in line with P&P and controls
resulting in optimal internal / external customer service/experience.
