Artificial Lift Sales Manager - MENATIDo you enjoy being part of a successful teamWould you enjoy working in a dynamic role responsible for sales growthJoin our dynamic Artificial Lift Sales TeamIn this role, you will be a part of Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Contribute to sales plan in a specific region and Define sales strategy for targeted clients.Partner with the bestAs the Artificial Lift Sales Manager, you will lead relevant processes relating to our sales & channels business. You will collaborate with relevant OFS stakeholders to ensure our objectives are met with a proper execution pace.As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling complex products and systems requires technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.
  • Managing complex long term sales processes. Contracts involve pricing and conditions of sales, rent, operation and maintenance.
  • Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.
  • Handling important business unit clients
  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
  • Handling big or highly complex markets / Large potential for growth
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales.
  • Have an experience in Artificial Lift
  • Have exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Have established project management skills.
