Job Description

Overall responsibility of successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of Oracle technology related projects and support for IFFCO group of companies across global locations.Roles and ResponsibilitiesData Center Management - Data Center operations understandingHardware ? HP hardware, storage,?AMC, Patching, securityDatabase ? Oracle, SQL server databases managementApplication ? Oracle EBS, OTM, Siebel, Hyperion, Demantra, ASCP etc.)Integrations ? SOA and ODI to multiple systemsOperations ? Day to day Oracle support operations, monitoring and critical incidents managementProjectsManagement ? New applications deployment/ rollout in countries, technology upgrades, migrations in cloud/data centers, Drive complex IT and business projects across systemsDisaster Recovery ? Disaster setup, recovery, drills overview for all systemsChange Management ? Review of changes, quality and gate check for all migrationsLicense Management ? License review of all Oracle technologies and related applicationsSecurity ? Roles and responsibility review, design, SOD checks, VAPT, FixesGlobal Country ? Local country site setups and assistance for Oracle connectivityPerformance and KPI ? Performance management and KPI overview and controlsTeam Management ? Team reviews for Oracle admin, Integrations, Security, Local & international teamsPartner / Supplier Management ? Supplier processes, on boarding/off boarding, Escalations and deliveryBudget ? AMC review and renewal for responsible areasAudits ? Internal audit reviews and fixes, external audit reviews for ITGC and BU Data extracts and co-ordinations, VAPT and Configuration review fixesProcess ? ITIL and change management process, Documentations reviewsBusiness Support ? Interaction with IT and functional teams, Business for requirements, UAT?s, support fixes,Month end support for performance and urgent fixes, monitoring etc.Integration ? Oracle SOA/ODI Integration overview and understanding of complex integration scenariosSSO (Single Sign on)? Idea of SAML, Kerberos SSO across technologies and servicesStrategy ? Clear idea of AWS architecture, Data Center, oracle technologies integration with sap technologies?????????Good knowledge of Technology infrastructure including on premise and Cloud technologies?????????Demonstrated experience in integration, planning, coordination, and facilitating data center information system related activities such as upgrade of hardware and software, and implementation of internet and intranet sitesOracle & Application Support and Service Delivery:??????Oracle Infra, Application, Database performance, KPI reviews??????Oracle Month end support and optimization for better performance??????Production deployment reviews and approvals for standard and critical changes on all systems??????Oracle Admin and Technical team deliverables review and approvals??????Data Center, Hardware performance reviews and KPI checks??????Weekly and monthly maintenance and health checks for all systems??????Audit review and closure for Internal and External audits??????Security and VAPT reviews and closures for Oracle and cloud systems??????Quality check and gatekeeper for all changes and checks at Oracle??????Oracle security roles and conflict reviews, SOD checks??????Ensure effective service delivery management, improvement and meet business and user service requirements??????Own and drive operations process for continuous improvements across teams on SLAs and compliance??????Create report for comprehensive set of metrics and KPIs based on the IT service deliverables and agreements.??????Own and lead the execution of the process development and roadmap for multiple ITIL processes??????Develop both short- and long-term service and process goals and maturity levels to be achieved over the time??????Partner and collaborate with other teams to deliver a holistic ITSM program at multi geo locations??????Review, approve and enforce compliance & other IT policies in Service delivery??????Establish comprehensive SOPs, documentation, security tools and products.??????Provide leadership, mentorship and motivation to Helpdesk, support, operation and project teams.??????Ensure that users? satisfaction is consistent, collate data and drive action on customer satisfaction, inquiry, complaint, escalations, and work on development strategies to maintain or improve on the quality of service??????Hold weekly, monthly performance meetings with teams, resources, partners and publish reports??????Owns onboarding, off boarding process, drive automation, conduct joining inductions programs
