Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee the efficient and effective operation of our organizations facilities. The Facilities Management Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of facility technicians and ensuring the maintenance, safety, and functionality of the facilities under their supervision. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of facility management principles.Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of facility technicians, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and safe for employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and address issues proactively.
  • Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Monitor and manage facility budgets, including expenses for maintenance, repairs, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service contracts.
