About Us:Oncolab Diagnostics, a leading medical diagnostics laboratory located in the vibrant city of Dubai, is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our team into a new era of growth and excellence.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a visionary strategy to position Oncolab Diagnostics as a leader in the medical diagnostics industry.
  • Provide strong leadership, guiding the organization toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Operational Management:
  • Oversee and optimize all aspects of laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Implement best practices in laboratory management, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Marketing Orientation:
  • Drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate Oncolab Diagnostics value proposition to the medical community and stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Empower and mentor staff, ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce committed to delivering exceptional results.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee budgetary planning and financial performance, ensuring the optimization of resources to achieve organizational goals.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven leadership experience in managing medical operations, preferably in a large laboratory setting.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing marketing strategies and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the diagnostics industry, regulatory standards, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional organizational and management skills, with a track record of effective team leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to contribute to the growth and success of a new venture.
