You know how to build successfull marketing campaigns and put in place the vision provided by the strategic teams. You are a creative thinker able to envision the martket and see the big picture, but above all you enjoy developing brand experience programs and delivering impactful experiencial services.What Youll Be Doing

  • Provide consulting experiential services to our healthcare clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences that align with industry trends and meet the needs of healthcare professionals and stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless execution, client satisfaction, and achieve business objectives
  • Lead complex projects in different areas, such as: event conception, destinations, communication strategies, 360 Degree Integrated Coms, etc.
  • Develop operational solutions hand in hand with the Operations teams
  • Be on the lookout for continuous improvement ideas to stand out in the market
Must haves (We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)
  • An experienced professional with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Solid experience in event management and strategic communication in an agency
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French (No scrambled oeufs at Egg, svp.)
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends, regulations, and stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Data-driven, budget-conscious, creative problem solver
  • An excellent presenter with experience communicating with and presenting to executive stakeholders, customers, and partners
Nice to haves
  • Fluency in other languages (in addition to English)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, digital event platforms and delegate management tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
