Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machinery Mechanic to join our dynamic team. As a Machinery Mechanic at IIQAF, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our advanced machinery. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our machines.Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repair on a variety of industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues, determine the root cause, and provide effective solutions.
  • Follow manufacturers instructions and specifications for repairs and maintenance.
  • Regularly inspect machinery for any potential issues or malfunctions and take necessary corrective actions.
  • Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and efficiency of machinery.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior mechanics or operators.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Machinery Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge.
  • Familiarity with various hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
