Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesExperienced Hotel HR Recruiter is urgently required for growing Hospitality group with minimum of 2 years of experience in UAE.

  • Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, Salary Negotiations and Reference Checks.
  • Closely working with Talent Acquisition Lead to achieve annual KPI, develop and execute recruitment plans.
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. Maintains the recruitment database and talent pipeline
  • Assist with the administration of any employment relations issues (references, contracts, job descriptions etc.)
  • Ensures all relevant background checks, training certifications, education requirements has been checked and verified prior to employment.
  • Ensures that all recruits have a full complete file as per HR Audit guidelines,
  • Updates the manning guide with 100% accuracy.
  • Perform any other duties and assist all other team member task if needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience of working in a regional capacity and a solid understanding of cultural and market differences in UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of full circle of hiring and onboarding process for different positions and departments.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving, reasoning and analytical abilities and a strategic thinker
  • A Hands-on approach with a can-do! work attitude; with a fun-to-work-with energy at all times!
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional Recruitment performance for the business
  • An ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
  • Teamwork-oriented
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a required
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations is beneficial
