Job Description

Position Summary: Based within our Strategy Consulting business line, a Team Leader is a professional that is able to manage small projects or full modules within larger projects with senior consultant and Partner supervision, client and team management, and presentation delivery. The Team Leader is recognized as the thinking engine of the module/project having an end-to-end view and depth of analysis.Responsibilities

  • Manage a small project autonomously, identify the key time scales for the different modules, and take responsibility for junior team members delivery
  • Lead the problem conceptualization and hypothesis generation develop the storyline prioritize key outputs and lead the content generation in a project
  • Independently structure and produce project documents end-to-end
  • Develop the work plan for the different modules of the project, understand priorities, identify key risks and define solutions
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with team members, both junior and senior, and with senior clients
  • Manage and coach junior team members
  • Help facilitate and lead discussions within project teams and client groups
  • Act as an expert on a range of telecom topics, supporting the development of intellectual capital and coaching other team members on these topics Qualifications & Experience:
  • 4-6 years experience within a top tier management consultancy firm
  • In depth knowledge and interest in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) industry
  • An MBA from a leading global business school
