Join a growing Corporate Coverage team in the United Arab Emirates, to strategically cultivate & manage client relationships in the Middle East region. This pivotal role entails steering multi-product, cross-sector portfolios, aligning strategies with client needs, and embracing sustainability as a core facet of the approach.A sophisticated coverage banker who is able to discuss clients structured lending requirements across multiple verticals (TMT / Healthcare / Transport / Real Estate / Manufacturing).Must have client engagement / contact in current role to demonstrate ability to lead and manage relationships, however if an ARM role this represents a great opportunity to push your career to the next level.ResponsibilitiesClient Portfolio Management: Oversee and expand the client base, ensuring robust coverage and growth within the GCC and wider Middle East market.Relationship Building: Forge enduring relationships, delivering an unmatched client experience.Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Sector and Product teams to identify opportunities, align with risk and ESG frameworks, and present integrated client propositions.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central liaison, coordinating Virtual Client Teams, and orchestrating seamless client pitches.Key DutiesClient Account Strategy: Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with product mix and growth objectives.Performance Monitoring: Ensure client returns meet or exceed relationship thresholds, driving sustained profitability.Stakeholder Engagement: Keep Sector and Product teams informed of market trends and regional dynamics for strategic alignment.Transaction Facilitation: Collaborate in the preparation, submission, and presentation of transactions.Opportunity Identification: Identify and present potential regional and international opportunities arising from client needs.You

  • minimum of 4 years in commercial wholesale banking ideally with international exposure.
  • market knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the GCC region, its economies, and key sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proven track record in origination, networking, and cultivating robust relationships.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to foster collaboration across diverse products, sectors, and geographies.
  • Financial Acumen: Competence in marketing TS/FM/Capital Market solutions, enhancing client income diversity. Strong corporate credit skills and financial statement analysis with ability to develop proposals.
