Responsible for effective coordinating, planning, provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems & network hardware and software and related infrastructure. Help determine the IT needs of an organization and are responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfill the organizations information systems requirements.
Taking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems, and netwrok devices or resolve issues.
Troubleshooting systems, servers, and network problems and diagnosing and solving any hardware issues.
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Supporting and cooperating with the IT team (technology team).
Support in installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, servers, and network devices˙
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate, and track it).
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
